Launch the media gallery 1 playerThis year, the Senior boys and girls basketball players and managers will each have a home game in which they get to honor someone from the Neoga School District staff that has had an impact in their life. They will present their game day jersey to their person of choice and tell them why they have made a positive impact on them. Today’s “My Jersey, Your Impact” highlights Audrey Kepp. Audrey chose to give her jersey to her mom and Neoga Junior High ELA teacher Amy Kepp. Below is Audrey’s reason for her choice.
“I chose to give my game day jersey to my Mom, Mrs Kepp for our My Jersey, Your Impact game. I chose my mom because, she is hands down my #1 supporter. Whether it is on the court/field or college visits, she always shows up for me. My mom works so hard to provide an amazing life for me, and she has taught me that hard work and dedication reap reward. Even in the midst of her own chaos, she finds time to help me with my chaos. She has always put me first. From board games, to our yearly trips to Disney, I wouldn’t want to go through life with anyone else as my best friend. She has shaped me as a person, and always encourages me in my faith. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without my mom.”
