My Jersey Your Impact
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThis year, the Senior boys and girls basketball players and managers will each have a home game in which they get to honor someone from the Neoga School District staff that has had an impact in their life. They will present their game day jersey to their person of choice and tell them why they have made a positive impact on them. Today’s “My Jersey, Your Impact” highlights Kyle Will. Kyle chose to give his jersey to Neoga High School English Teacher and NFHS basketball announcer Frank Jenkins. Below is Kyle’s reason for his choice.
“I chose Mr. Jenkins to give my game day jersey for our My Jersey, Your Impact game. Mr. Jenkins is always there supporting the team. He is at every home game ready to announce and commentate. The dedication and effort he puts into our team no matter if we are winning or losing is inspiring. The energy he has while supporting our team makes me want to play hard and be the best that I can.”
