My Jersey, Your Impact
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThis year, the Senior boys and girls basketball players and managers will each have a home game in which they get to honor someone from the Neoga School District staff that has had an impact in their life. They will present their game day jersey to their person of choice and tell them why they have made a positive impact on them. Today’s “My Jersey, Your Impact” highlights Gavin Ray. Gavin chose to give his jersey to Neoga High School English Teacher Deacon Faulkner. Below is Gavin’s reason for his choice.
“I chose Mr. Faulkner to give my game day jersey for our My Jersey, Your Impact game. Mr. Faulkner has been my biggest supporter and a great mentor throughout my high school years. He has taken an interest in me and my activities both in and out of school. Through Mr. Faulkner’s encouragement and support, I have grown as an athlete as well as a person. Thank you Mr. Faulkner”
