My Jersey, Your Impact
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThis year, the Senior boys and girls basketball players and managers will each have a home game in which they get to honor someone from the Neoga School District staff that has had an impact in their life. They will present their game day jersey to their person of choice and tell them why they have made a positive impact on them. Today’s “My Jersey, Your Impact” highlights Brynn Richards. Brynn chose to give her jersey to Neoga Jr/Sr High Athletic Director, Mike Taylor. Below is Brynn’s reason for her choice.
“I chose to give my game day jersey to Mr. Taylor for our My Jersey, Your Impact game. I chose Mr. T because, of his never-ending encouragement and positivity. Mr T has always been one of my biggest supporters, and he always has high expectations for me, and Neoga sports in general. He gives the best advice such as, “Get your head out of your butt and pull out a win.” Thank you Mr T for all you do for this school, and for the impact you’ve had on countless students. I hope that one day I can impact someone’s life the way you have impacted mine.”
